Refund policy
Thank you for supporting our small business. Because many of our items are handcrafted and personalised, please review our policy below:
Personalised & Custom Items: Due to the custom nature of our products, we cannot offer refunds or exchanges for "change of mind".
Perishable Goods: For health and safety reasons, all chocolate products are non-returnable.
Damaged or Faulty Items: If your item arrives damaged or there is a mistake on our end (e.g., spelling error that differs from your order), please contact us at support@katecreativegifts.au within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the product and packaging. We will prioritize a replacement or refund.
Shipping Costs: Original shipping costs are non-refundable. If a return is approved for a non-custom item, the customer is responsible for return shipping sets.
