Shipping policy

We take great pride in handcrafting, personalising, and carefully packaging your orders from our studio in Australia.

1. Processing & Lead Times

Please allow time for us to craft your unique pieces before they are dispatched, as many of our items are lovingly made to order.

Ready-to-Ship Items: Dispatched within 1 – 2 business days.

Personalised Gifts: 2 – 3 business days.

Chocolate Hampers: 2 – 3 business days.

Note: During peak seasons (Christmas, Mother’s Day, Father's day, Valentine’s Day, Halloween, ...), processing times may be extended. We appreciate your patience!

2. Estimated Delivery Times

Once your order has been dispatched, estimated delivery times are as follows:

Victoria (Intrastate): 3 to 5 business days

Interstate Metro (Sydney, Brisbane, Adelaide, Canberra): 3 to 5 business days

Interstate Regional (NSW, QLD, SA, TAS): 3 to 7 business days

Western Australia & Northern Territory (Perth/Darwin): 5 to 8 business days

Express Post: 1 – 2 business days (depending on the Australia Post Express network).

Express Post to Remote / Rural Australia (WA Rural, NT Rural): 3 to 5 business days

These are estimated delivery times and do not include the time a package may spend in customs.

3. Shipping Rates

We partner with Australia Post to provide reliable delivery across the country.

4. Special Handling for Perishables (Chocolates & Sweets)

To ensure your Chocolates or Hampers arrive in perfect condition:

Heat Sensitivity: During summer months or extreme heat, we may delay shipping by 1–2 days to avoid weekend transit in hot warehouses.

Packaging: We use insulated packaging or bubble wrap where necessary to protect delicate items.

Authority to Leave (ATL): We recommend being home for delivery. If no one is home, the courier will leave the package in a safe place. We are not responsible for melted products if left unattended in the sun.

5. Tracking Your Order

Once your order is on its way, you will receive an email with a Tracking Number. You can track your parcel directly through the carrier’s website.

6. Free Delivery (Optional)

If you are located in VIC 3138 or up to 25 km from VIC 3138, we offer a Free Delivery option. Select "Free Delivery" at checkout, and we will notify you when your order is ready.
