We take great pride in handcrafting, personalising, and carefully packaging your orders from our studio in Australia.

1. Processing & Lead Times

Because many of our items are "made to order," please allow time for us to create your unique pieces before they are dispatched:

Personalised Gifts: 7 – 10 business days.

Hampers: 2 – 4 business days.

Ready-to-Ship Items: Dispatched within 2 – 3 business days.

Note: During peak seasons (Christmas, Mother’s Day, Father's day, Valentine’s Day, Halloween, ...), processing times may be extended. We appreciate your patience!

2. Shipping Rates (Australia Wide)

We partner with Australia Post and Sendle to provide reliable delivery across the country.

3. Estimated Delivery Times

Once your order has been dispatched, estimated delivery times are as follows:

Metro Areas (Melbourne, Sydney, Brisbane, Adelaide): 2 – 5 business days.

WA, TAS, NT & Regional Areas: 5 – 10 business days.

Express Post: 1 – 3 business days (depending on the Australia Post Express network).

4. Special Handling for Perishables (Chocolates & Sweets)

To ensure your Chocolates or Hampers arrive in perfect condition:

Heat Sensitivity: During summer months or extreme heat, we may delay shipping by 1–2 days to avoid weekend transit in hot warehouses.

Packaging: We use insulated packaging or bubble wrap where necessary to protect delicate items.

Authority to Leave (ATL): We recommend being home for delivery. If no one is home, the courier will leave the package in a safe place. We are not responsible for melted products if left unattended in the sun.

5. Tracking Your Order

Once your order is on its way, you will receive an email with a Tracking Number. You can track your parcel directly through the carrier’s website.

6. Free Delivery (Optional)

If you are located in VIC 3138 or up to 30 km from VIC 3138, we offer a Free Delivery option. Select "Free Delivery" at checkout, and we will notify you when your order is ready.
